As for working in a gaming company, if the primary work of the company predominantly involves games containing شرعية (Shar'i) prohibitions, then it is not permissible to work there. However, if the primary work of the company is permissible, but it offers something prohibited, then it is permissible to work in departments where the employee does not directly engage in the prohibited act and does not assist in it.
