Is it permissible to exit the state of Ihram due to illness after the محرم (a condition stipulated at the time of assuming Ihram) has been set?

It is prescribed for one who fears an impediment to completing Hajj or 'Umrah (definition) to stipulate at the time of ihram (definition) by saying: "If I am prevented by a preventer, then my place of release is where I am prevented," based on the hadith (definition) of Duba'ah bint Al-Zubair. The benefit of this stipulation is that if an impediment occurs, such as illness, an accident, or being barred from entering Makkah, the person in ihram is released from their ihram without needing a ransom (fidyah (definition)), a sacrificial animal (hady), or shaving. However, release is only permissible if there is a real impediment that prevents the completion of the ritual, and not merely a temporary ailment that is expected to pass. Fainting, vomiting, and exhaustion are not considered an impediment that prevents the completion of 'Umrah; rather, it is possible to delay it until these symptoms subside.
