The answer

A woman establishing a relationship with a foreign man is a clear abomination and a grave sin. However, if she abandons this abomination, repents, and turns to Allah with sincere repentance, then Allah will accept her repentance. A meritorious Hajj expiates sins, and thinking about past transgressions during Hajj is not considered Rafath (obscene speech or sexual intercourse) nor is there any sin in it.
