What is the ruling on a pilgrim kissing his wife and ejaculating outside the vagina with desire after throwing the Jamrat al-'Aqabah and shaving, and before the Tawaf al-Ifadah?

It is not permissible for someone in a state of ihram (definition) for Hajj or Umrah (definition) to do anything that would invalidate their ihram or diminish their deed. Kissing is forbidden for someone in a state of ihram until they complete the full disengagement (tahallul). If a man kisses his wife and ejaculates after the first disengagement, his Hajj is not invalidated, but he must seek Allah's forgiveness and repent. This is rectified by sacrificing a sheep, which is then distributed among the poor of the Haram (definition).
