Is anything incumbent upon one who fondled and kissed his wife without intercourse after entering into a state of Ihram and before performing Umrah?

It is forbidden for a pilgrim in the state of Ihram to touch or kiss with lust. Whoever does so is obligated to offer a "dam" (expiatory sacrifice), which is a sheep to be slaughtered and distributed among the poor of the Haram. The sheep is obligatory, according to the more correct opinion, if he kisses her with lust. If the wife complies with her husband's kissing and experiences lust, she also owes a sheep.
