Are women who do not cover their faces in countries like Egypt, Bahrain, and Jordan sinful, despite their commitment to wearing a jilbab and a hijab that cover the rest of their body?

The ruling on a woman covering her face has been previously clarified, and it was mentioned that the preponderant view is the obligation to cover the face, based on evidence from the Qur'an and Sunnah (definition). Accordingly, it is not permissible for a woman to uncover her face to non-mahram (definition) men. If she does so, she is sinful and must repent and return to Allah.
