Is anal sex with a non-mahram woman considered zina, thereby incurring its rulings? And what is the ruling on a man having oral sex with his wife?

He who has anal intercourse with a foreign woman is subject to discretionary punishment (ta'zir) and not the prescribed punishment (hadd). Ta'zir is a punishment for a transgression for which there is no prescribed punishment (hadd), no retribution (qisas), and no blood money (diyah), such as anal intercourse with one's wife or intercourse during menstruation. As for anal intercourse with one's wife, it is not permissible for Jews or Christians because the law of Islam abrogates all previous laws, and their scriptures have been distorted.
