Is it obligatory for a woman to wear summer socks if she works in a place with men, knowing that Sharia does not prohibit uncovering the face, hands, and feet?

Previously, the ruling on women working and the ruling on uncovering hands and feet in front of non-mahram (definition) men were clarified, with a reminder that covering the legs with transparent clothing is not a valid شرعي (Shar'i) covering, due to the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Two types of people from the inhabitants of the Hellfire I have not seen: women who are clothed yet naked..." The ruling on uncovering or covering a woman's face was also previously addressed.
