Is it permissible to look at a woman's shoe, without her foot in it, and kiss it?

This question is meaningless. The questioner is advised to fear Allah, observe the obligatory duties, avoid prohibitions, and lower his gaze from non-mahram (definition) women; because Allah, the Almighty, says: "Tell the believing men to reduce [some] of their vision and guard their private parts. That is purer for them. Indeed, Allah is Acquainted with what they do." And because the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "I have not left behind me any trial more harmful to men than women." And his saying: "Beware of the world and beware of women, for the first trial of the Children of Israel was concerning women." He is also advised to elevate his aspiration beyond this lowly way of thinking.
