"Fahish" (فحش) refers to every sin and transgression that is exceedingly ugly. "Fahishah" (فاحشة) specifically means adultery, and it also refers to every ugly characteristic in speech and actions, and everything that Allah has forbidden. As for "tafahush" (تفحش), it means intentionally and deliberately committing "fahish."
