The question

Are these instructions and Ruqyah provided by the Shaykh – who knew prior things about the questioner – for the treatment of OCD and possession, which include the use of salt and fumigation, and the recitation of Quran in specific ways, in addition to a medical prescription for a bladder problem, contrary to Sharia? And is this Shaykh considered a sorcerer for seeking help from Jinn, and must his advice be followed, and is guiding others to him considered a sin?
