Do mere self-talk, whisperings, and threats of divorce in various situations affect the occurrence of divorce, knowing that previous fatwas have stated that divorce does not occur?

You have surrendered to obsessions that have gone beyond bounds, disturbed your life, and distracted you from worship. This is pure enticement from Satan. You must seek refuge in Allah, humble yourself in supplication, adhere to the prescribed litanies, perform Ruqyah (definition) on yourself, and seek means of treatment. As for divorce, it has not occurred through anything you mentioned, because it does not take effect by mere self-talk without utterance, nor with doubt about its occurrence, nor under the duress of obsessive thoughts.
