Is it permissible in Sharia to communicate with a Raqi (exorcist/healer) who asks for sexual details, inquires about how to practice masturbation, and requests self-stimulation under the pretext of treating jinn possession? And is his method of Ruqyah (exorcism/healing) legitimate?

One must be wary of a Raqi (exorcist/healer) who insists on discussing private matters. It is advisable to seek another Raqi who is righteous and committed to the Sunnah (definition). It is impermissible to be in seclusion with a non-mahram (definition) Raqi, and it is impermissible to delve into discussions about sexual matters. The conversation must be appropriate and without a softening of the voice, as Allah Almighty says: "Then do not be soft in speech [to men], lest he in whose heart is disease should covet, but speak with appropriate speech." The prohibition against approaching immoralities is more emphatic than merely prohibiting their commission; it encompasses the prohibition of their مقدمات (preliminaries) and the means that lead to them.
