What can be done to mend the relationship between parents affected by sorcery, given the impossibility of accessing the sorcery itself?

It is not permissible to accuse a father's wife of sorcery without proof, as this is a serious matter that spoils relationships. It is advisable to strive for reconciliation between the parents, and between the father and his children, in accordance with the noble verses [of the Qur’an], and to encourage the mother and her children to perform righteous deeds. It is legislated to perform ruqyah (definition) (Islamic exorcism/healing prayer) for parents and children and to fortify them against evil, even without their knowledge.
