Do seclusion, touch, and looking at women in a doctor's clinic invalidate one's acts of worship, such as prayer and fasting?

The fundamental principle is that it is impermissible for men to provide medical treatment to women unless there is a necessity or a recognized legitimate need, while observing Islamic guidelines such as avoiding seclusion (khalwa (definition)). Leniency in these guidelines leads to corruption. Mere seclusion, looking at, or touching a woman does not invalidate ablution (wudu) or nullify prayer (salat), unless there is the discharge of seminal fluid (mani) or pre-seminal fluid (madhy). As for fasting, it is not nullified by such actions unless they result in discharge.
