The answer

Firstly: There is no harm in using medicine that contains a small, consumed percentage of alcohol, and it does not fall under the ruling of prohibition.

Secondly: Using an inhaler for allergies through the nose or mouth does not break the fast, according to the correct opinion, because it evaporates and no substance from it reaches the internal cavity. Sheikh Muhammad bin Salih Al-Uthaymeen and Sheikh Abd Al-Aziz bin Baz, may Allah have mercy on them both, issued fatwas to this effect.
