Islam has forbidden illicit relationships between foreign men and women, whether through pseudonyms or real names. Pseudonyms may be even more forbidden due to the cunning, deceit, and falsehood involved. A Muslim should utilize their time in what benefits them in their religion and worldly life and keep away from what Allah has forbidden.
