How can one get rid of a usurious loan designated for purchasing an apartment in one's Muslim home country, knowing that the apartment is registered in his name and mortgaged to the bank for another 10 years?

"All humans are sinners, and the best of sinners are those who repent." Seek Allah's forgiveness for what you have done, and resolve not to return to it. Strive to repay the loan and expedite it if expediting it nullifies its usurious interest. If you are unable to do so, "Allah does not burden a soul beyond its capacity." As for the house itself, there is no blame upon you for benefiting from it.
