What is the ruling on subscribing to Bupa medical insurance for myself and my family members?

Insurance is of two types:
1. Prohibited insurance (commercial insurance) based on (excessive uncertainty), gambling, and Riba (interest).
2. Permissible insurance (cooperative, Takaful insurance).
It is not possible to rule on a specific company except after reviewing its system to determine the type of insurance it offers.
