What is the ruling on women participating in election campaigns, whether by joining marches and chanting for candidates or by standing in public places holding banners for them, and is this considered a degradation of women?

If the propaganda is for a candidate with corrupt ideas, such as atheism and secularism, it is not permissible to support or promote it, neither for men nor for women, because it constitutes cooperation in sin. However, if the candidate is someone whose support is permissible, then there is no harm for a woman to campaign for him, provided she adheres to the Sharia (definition) guidelines, such as modesty, hijab (definition), avoiding mixing with men, and refraining from speaking in a soft, alluring manner. If there is no need for her to go out, it is preferable for men to do so, but sometimes the public interest may necessitate her going out.
