Is it obligatory to repeat the Maghrib and Isha prayers in the following cases: 1. Praying Maghrib behind a fast imam, such that the worshipper is unable to complete the obligatory glorifications in bowing (ruku') and prostration (sujud), or to recite Al-Fatiha? 2. Praying Maghrib with a slight deviation from the Qiblah that could not be corrected due to the alignment of the other worshippers? 3. Catching the last raka'ah of the Isha prayer but being unable to recite Al-Fatiha in it?

If the Imam's speed does not violate the tranquility (ṭumaʾnīnah) such that the worshiper can utter a single tasbīḥ, then the prayer is valid. Not catching the recitation of Al-Fatiha behind the Imam does not invalidate the prayer according to most scholars, including Imam Ahmad, Malik, and Abu Hanifa, as they hold that there is no recitation for the follower. However, what is fatwa (definition)-approved by us is the obligation of reciting Al-Fatiha for the follower, and the prayer of one who does not recite it is not valid. A slight deviation from the Qibla (definition) does not affect the validity of the prayer.
