Is the Fajr prayer permissible when the foot of the worshiper touched their body while sitting between the two prostrations, knowing that the worshiper was wearing a bathrobe under the sheet and covering their entire body?

As long as the prayer was performed with the entire body covered, the prayer is valid. The foot touching the body does not invalidate the prayer, unless something from the 'awrah that must be covered becomes exposed.
