What is the ruling regarding women performing Jumu'ah and Eid prayers in congregation in a school adjacent to the mosque, with the rows not connected, and following the Imam only via loudspeakers, without seeing him, and with male worshippers present in the separating courtyard, and does the condition of the school's builder, or the distance, or the mosque's courtyard not being filled with men, or the passage of passersby in the courtyard affect the validity of their prayer?

For the prayer of women to be valid when following an Imam while they are in another building outside the mosque, two conditions must be met: hearing the takbir and seeing the Imam or the congregants. If they do not see the worshipers, then their following is not valid. However, a woman's prayer in her home is better for her, as it avoids the scholarly dispute regarding the validity of prayer in such a situation.
