The answer

Wadi (a prostatic discharge) or urine is impure, and one must cleanse oneself from it (perform ). If its discharge is continuous, such that there is no time for purification, then a person with incontinence performs ablution (wudu) after the time for prayer begins and prays with that ablution as much as he wishes. If there is sufficient time to pray with proper purification, then one must pray within that time. One must take precautions by placing a cloth, according to the majority of scholars, but it is not obligatory according to the Malikis. There is a difference of opinion regarding the obligation to re-perform past prayers, and one may adopt the view of Ibn Taymiyyah that there is no need for re-performance (qada').
