Is it permissible to go out and move around in ritually impure (najis) clothes? What is the ruling on the spread of ritual impurity (najāsa) in the home due to urinary incontinence (sils al-bawl) and lack of purification? And does Allah forgive those who have been negligent in this and abandoned prayer?

The person afflicted with waswasah (obsessive whispering) suffers from imaginations, delusions, and satanic deceptions. The fundamental principle regarding all things is purity, which is not removed except by certainty. Thus, a garment that became impure is purified when its owner washes it, the bathroom floor is purified by pouring water over it, and a towel does not become impure merely by use, unless there is certainty that impurity has reached it. Some scholars hold the view that if impurity dries and touches a wet pure object, it does not transfer. For treatment, one must ignore the waswasah and build upon the original principle, which is purity. If there is urinary incontinence, one must take precautions and perform ablution for each prayer after its time has begun. Missed prayers are a debt that must be made up. To fill one's free time, it is recommended to associate with righteous people, devote oneself to Islamic knowledge, and memorize the Quran.
