Is the charity, supplication, and seeking of forgiveness from someone negligent in prayer for the deceased accepted?

Complete acceptance is for those who guard against polytheism and sins. The deceased benefits from charity given on their behalf, supplications, and seeking forgiveness for them, even if it comes from someone negligent in prayer. However, this benefit might be less than if it were gifted by a pious person.
