Is washing the ankles along with the feet obligatory in Wudu according to the Shafi'is, and is it permissible to adopt the view that ordering missed prayers is not obligatory?

The prominent jurists are of the opinion that the ankles must be washed with the feet during ablution, based on the Almighty's saying: "and your feet to the ankles." The ankles are the two protruding bones at the joint of the shin and the foot.

As for the order of making up missed prayers, there is a difference of opinion on this matter. You are permitted to follow those who say that ordering is not obligatory, as an ordinary Muslim is not required to adhere to a specific school of thought.
