What is the ruling on abandoning prayer for twenty-five years, then becoming regular in it for the past two years while performing supererogatory prayers, and how can this shortcoming be compensated for on the Day of Resurrection?

The madhhab (definition) (school of thought) of the four Imams, which we favor, is that whoever intentionally misses a prayer must make it up, and this should be done promptly, prioritizing making up missed prayers over supererogatory ones when time is limited.
