If a sleeping person wakes up before sunrise with enough time to pray two rak'ahs, they must perform the obligatory Fajr prayer. It is legislated for them to make up the prayer of Fajr after the sun has risen by the height of a spear. One must take the necessary measures to wake up, such as setting an alarm, as negligence in this regard incurs sin.
