Does frequent urination, which may reach more than 30 times a day, or what is medically known as neurogenic bladder, take the same rulings as سلس (incontinence), or is it a type of سلس (incontinence)?

Urinary incontinence is the involuntary discharge of urine. If a person experiences this constantly, they must purify themselves after the time for prayer begins, take precautions, and pray; what is discharged thereafter will not harm them. However, if it stops for a duration that allows them to perform the prayer, then they are obliged to perform it during that time. There is a difference between urinary incontinence and frequent urination if the person with frequent urination is able to purify themselves and pray with complete ritual purity.
