Is what I suffer from, constant urinary incontinence that has developed into a neurogenic bladder, accompanied by continuous dripping and a recurrent urge to urinate, considered permanent incontinence? And what should I do when a drop comes out or the urge to urinate becomes pressing during prayer? Am I sinful if I pray while constantly battling gases resulting from colon issues and indigestion, despite my attempts to get rid of them?

The criterion for being considered incontinent (Saahib al-Sals) is explained in Fatwa no. 97134. If you predominantly believe that there is not enough time to perform the prayer with a valid purification, or if the period of cessation (of incontinence) is irregular, then your ruling is that of a person with incontinence. However, if you predominantly believe that there is enough time, then you must wait for that time, perform ablution, and pray during it, even if you miss the congregational prayer, because certain purification takes precedence over congregational prayer. Praying while suppressing the two impurities (feces and urine) is disliked unless one fears that the prayer time will expire. If one experiences the suppression of the two impurities while praying, they should continue their prayer and not interrupt it.
