What is the ruling on delaying the Dhuhr prayer and combining it with Asr due to military service?

Prayer holds a great status in Islam; it is the second pillar after the Two Testimonies. Allah has commanded its observance at its appointed times and warned against neglecting it. A Muslim must maintain prayers at their proper times, and the workplace management must allow employees the opportunity to perform them. If it is difficult to perform a prayer at its appointed time due to hardship or compulsion, it is permissible to combine two prayers (such as Dhuhr and Asr, by delaying Dhuhr to be prayed with Asr) due to hardship. This is permissible according to some scholars, such as the Hanbalis.
