Prayer Times

• What is the difference between the prayer times in the Hanafi school and their normal times, and why do mosques affiliated with the Hanafi school separate the ASR call to prayer and the prayer itself by a full hour?
• When is a person considered to be in a state of perpetual ritual impurity? And is that by his ablution being nullified once, twice, or three times?
