Are the secretions that come out after ablution upon movement, and are sometimes seen and sometimes not, semen, or prostatic fluid (madhy), or pre-seminal fluid (wady)? And are they an impurity that invalidates ablution and necessitates changing clothes and washing the thighs and around the private parts for every prayer? And is it permissible after cleansing to place an adhesive patch to stop the leakage, and if permissible, what is the allowed duration for removing or changing it?

If it is merely a doubt or a whisper [from Satan], do not pay attention to it. However, if you are certain with firm conviction that something has exited, then you must purify this exiting substance by washing the soiled area of your clothes and body. It is not necessary to change all your clothes, nor to wash the entire penis or both thighs. Placing a plaster does not prevent the obligation of ablution because it does not prevent the exiting substance from reaching the tip of the penis.
