Is enjoining good obligatory upon those who do not point their toes towards the Qibla during prayer?

Enjoining what is right and forbidding what is wrong is among the rituals of the religion, and a Muslim is obligated to perform it. Young age does not prevent one from doing so, provided that good manners are observed in addressing others. If the wrong act invalidates the prayer, then teaching about it is obligatory, unless a greater harm is feared. However, if it is a disliked act, then teaching about it is recommended, not obligatory. Directing the toes towards the Qiblah during prostration is a Sunnah (definition), not an obligation. Therefore, teaching someone who does not direct their toes is recommended, not obligatory, while observing gentleness and good manners.
