Is it permissible for a traveler to combine prayers without shortening them, while omitting the Sunnah prayers and the regular Sunnah (Ar-Ratibah) prayers?

If a traveler intends to stay for four full days—excluding the days of arrival and departure—it is not permissible for him to avail himself of the concessions of shortening (prayers) or combining (prayers). However, he may combine prayers virtually (Jam Souri) by delaying the first prayer until the end of its time and performing the second prayer at the beginning of its time. The ruling on omitting Sunnah (definition) prayers for him is the same as the ruling for a resident.
