Must a traveler who catches the Imam in the last Tashahhud of the Friday prayer pray two rak'ahs, or complete it as four for Dhuhr?

Whoever catches the Imam in the Friday prayer while he is in the (final sitting) has not caught the Friday prayer; rather, he prays it as Dhuhr.
As for the traveler, if he catches less than one rak'ah of the Friday prayer, the Dhuhr prayer becomes obligatory upon him, shortened to two rak'ahs. However, if he catches one full rak'ah with the Imam, he prays it as Jumu'ah and completes the second rak'ah.
