Does Allah answer a person's prayer to forbid something upon himself while showering, in the event of masturbating, knowing that the desire to marry is present and the practice has been repeated against his will?

Masturbation is forbidden, and its harms are many. Praying against oneself is not permissible. Whoever fears Allah's wrath should repent and ask for forgiveness and help. Supplications during ghusl (ritual bath) are answered if there are no impediments, but it is disliked to mention Allah in the bathroom.
