Does the meeting of the two circumcised parts necessitate Ghusl?

If the circumcised part of the man touches the circumcised part of the woman, ghusl (definition) (ritual bath) becomes obligatory for both, even if no ejaculation occurs. This is based on the Prophet's (peace and blessings be upon him) saying: "When he sits between her four limbs and the circumcised part touches the circumcised part, ghusl becomes obligatory." The two circumcised parts do not meet except by the penetration of the glans. The consensus of the Ummah (Muslim community) has been established regarding the obligation of ghusl due to sexual intercourse, even if no ejaculation accompanies it. This ruling applies specifically to direct contact, not with a barrier.
