The answer

If the discharge does not resemble yellowness (ṣufrah) or muddiness (kudrah), then it is a normal discharge that nullifies ablution (wuḍūʾ). If its emission is frequent, it takes the ruling of سلس ( سلس, continuous discharge). However, if it is yellowness or muddiness after fifteen days from the previous menstrual cycle, then it is menstruation (ḥayḍ). Washing the hair with soap or a specific number of times is not a condition for the ritual bath () after major impurity (janābah); rather, it suffices to circulate water over the entire body and the roots of the hair, both outer and inner parts. If she is harmed by washing her hair in the cold, she should heat the water and perform the ghusl in a warm place.
