What is the religious ruling regarding a husband's disregard for his other wife's feelings during intercourse, and the consequences thereof, such as her hearing the sounds of intercourse and the ghusl (ritual bath) due to proximity, and his refusal to create a partition between the two wives?

"Modesty is from faith," and it includes covering oneself during intercourse from the sight and hearing of others. The presence of a distinguished person who is awake with the couple in the house, seeing or hearing their movements, violates this covering, which is disliked by scholars.
