What is the ruling on the white fluid that is discharged from a man simply by looking at a woman or her picture, or upon mentioning women?

The fluid in question appears to be madhy (pre-seminal fluid), which is a thin, white fluid that is discharged upon erection and minor arousal. It necessitates washing the male organ and invalidates ablution (wudu'). It is unlikely to be maniy (seminal fluid), because maniy is usually discharged with gushing and force during major arousal, has a distinctive odor, and necessitates a full ritual bath (ghusl (definition)). There is also wady (a thick, white fluid), which usually exits after urination, and its ruling is the same as that of urine. It is not permissible to look at a non-mahram (definition) woman or her image, except for a sudden, unintentional glance.
