Is it permissible to shave the pubic hair in Ramadan or at other times when necessary?

Shaving the pubic hair is part of the fitra (natural disposition), as stated in the Hadith (definition) reported by Al-Bukhari: "Five things are characteristics of the fitra: shaving the pubic hair, clipping the nails, and trimming the mustache."

And in the Hadith of Anas ibn Malik (may Allah be pleased with him): "A time limit was set for us concerning trimming the mustache, shaving the pubic hair, plucking the armpit hair, and clipping the nails: that we should not leave them for more than forty nights." Al-Hafiz Ibn Hajar mentioned that "pubic hair" refers to the hair above and around a man's penis, and likewise the hair around a woman's vulva.

He also stated that shaving is the predominant method, but removal by other means is permissible. It is desirable to remove hair from the front and back private parts. There is no obligatory time limit; rather, the matter revolves around achieving cleanliness and not neglecting the Sunnah (definition).
