What is the ruling concerning prayers in which the nails were clipped, and prayers in which there was doubt about passing wind?

We have previously clarified the ruling on nail-biting during prayer. As for feeling a bubble coming from the anus without verifying the emission of wind, this does not nullify ablution (wudu), and one must continue the prayer. There is no need to investigate or inspect, in order to avoid the obsessive whispers (waswasah) that might be present. The cure for waswasah is to disregard it and pay no attention to it.
