Is it permissible for someone who suffers from the emission of wind during or after ablution (wudu’), or during prayer, to perform ablution for each prayer and disregard what comes out of them, especially since this affects their devotion (khushu’) and other acts of worship?

What you are experiencing may be waswasah (whispering from Satan), so disregard it. If the emission of wind is continuous whenever you intend to pray and does not cease before the end of the prayer's time, then you are considered to be afflicted with sals (incontinence). In this case, perform ablution after the time for the prayer has begun and pray both the obligatory and supererogatory prayers with this ablution. As for khushu' (devotion and humility) in prayer, it is important, but the prayer is not invalidated by its absence, nor is it required to be repeated.
