The answer

The questioner is afflicted with waswasah (obsessive whispering). Soap is removed by water flowing over it. Therefore, she must ignore these waswasah and pay no attention to them, because giving in to them leads to great evil. If the body becomes impure, it is obligatory to wash the impure area with water. It is sufficient for water to flow over the impure area, covering and removing the impurity. If soap touches an impure area, it is removed by water flowing over it.
