The answer

The original state of any spray from this water that touches you is purity, unless you become certain that it is water that separated from washing an impurity before its removal. In that case, it is impure, and it is obligatory to wash the part of the body and clothing that it touched. As for removing impure water from the ground, it is not obligatory except for prayer. There is also an opinion that this water is pure, even if it separated before the removal of the impurity, as long as it has not changed due to it. Adopting this opinion is acceptable, especially for those who suffer from obsessive doubts.
