The answer

The origin of “qadha” (foreign matter) in the eye and drink is whatever falls into them. “Ghamas” (eye discharge) is also a form of it. “Qadha of the eye” is pure unless it is blood.

What corresponds to the man’s “” (pre-seminal fluid) that exits from a woman’s private parts may be called “qadha,” and this is impure because the Prophet commanded the washing of the penis from it. It is usually a thin, yellowish fluid that exits with a weak arousal.
