Is it permissible to perform Tayammum for the Dhuhr and Asr prayers if a traveler combines them?

It is permissible for a traveler who does not find water to perform for Dhuhr and Asr prayers. It is also permissible for the one who has performed tayammum to pray more than one prayer with a single tayammum, whether obligatory or supererogatory.
