Does touching shaved pubic hair on the bathroom floor nullify wudu?

Touching the pubic hair does not invalidate ablution (Wudu'), whether it is attached or detached. Al-Nawawi stated that touching the testicles, pubic hair, the hair area, the area between the front and back private parts, and the buttocks does not invalidate ablution. Rather, what invalidates it is touching the penis itself and the anal sphincter.
